Preparing presentation about introduction of eMMC V4.4

For much easier to understand eMMC, I reference some people do not familiar with eMMC.

After their feedback, this presentation will begin at what is eMMC.

Then, go through why we use eMMC, the difference between NAND flash & eMMC.

Wear leveling in NAND & in eMMC are important but almost don't have to maintain

because NAND file system will cover it and eMMC controller will do so.

After this, introduce possible issue of eMMC.

Here we go to the main topic, eMMC V4.4, and focus on the improvement in V4.4.

The main difference in V4.4 include write protection, hardware reset, hardware partition, and enhanced area (SLC portion).

This section will be the most important parts.

By the way, I will talk about the detail eMMC usage in recent project & future work.
